What you will do

• Edit UGC footage into 15 to 45 second ads and organic posts
• Cut 3 to 5 hook variations per video for testing
• Add captions, b-roll, sound design and on-screen text
• Turn long podcasts and webinars into short clips

What we look for

• A portfolio of short-form edits with strong first seconds
• Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve, and a fast turnaround
• You understand retention: you cut anything that drags
• Available for at least 20 hours a week
